Once a partnership is established, you can view its details, monitor activity, and end the relationship if needed.
Viewing Active Partners
- Navigate to Partners in the main menu
- View the list of all relationships
- Filter by status to see only Accepted relationships
For each partner, you can see:
- Partner business unit name and logo
- Your connected business unit
- Current status
- Last activity date
Partner Details
Click on a partner to view complete details:
- Business Unit Information - Both business unit names, logos, and public IDs
- Relationship Status - Current status (Accepted, Pending, etc.)
- Financial Responsibility - Which party is billed for the connection
- Last Activity - When files were last exchanged
- EDI Identifiers - The EDI codes configured for both business units (for accepted relationships)
- History - Timeline of events (created, accepted, etc.)
Available Actions
The actions available depend on your role in the relationship:
| Status | If You're the Requestor | If You're the Approver |
|---|---|---|
| Pending Response | Revoke (cancel request) | Accept, Reject |
| Accepted | Revoke (end relationship) | Reject (end relationship) |
| Rejected / Revoked | None (read-only) | None (read-only) |
| Suspended | None (system suspension) | None (system suspension) |
Ending a Partnership
If you need to end an active partner relationship:
- Click on the active relationship
- Click Revoke (if you're the requestor) or Reject (if you're the approver)
- Confirm your decision
Important: Once ended, you can no longer exchange files with this partner. Connection rules are removed. A new partnership request would be needed to reconnect.
Reconnecting with a Former Partner
If you previously ended a relationship and want to reconnect:
- Navigate to Partners
- Find the former partner (you may need to filter by Revoked/Rejected status)
- Submit a new partnership request
- The partner must accept to reestablish the relationship
System Suspension
In some cases, the system may suspend a relationship automatically. This can happen when:
- Billing status changes for one of the organizations
- Organization-level issues require temporary suspension
Suspended relationships cannot exchange files until the suspension is lifted. Both parties are notified when a suspension occurs. Contact your administrator or support if you believe a suspension is in error.
