Can I download my files?
Yes. Open a file's detail page and look for a Download option to save a copy. You can view files in both raw EDI format and structured format.
What does "Delivered" mean?
"Delivered" means Modalius successfully transmitted the file to your partner's system (via SFTP, AS2, or API). It doesn't necessarily mean they've processed it on their end - just that the file transfer completed successfully.
Can I undo a file submission?
Once a file is delivered to a partner, it cannot be recalled. If you sent something in error, contact your partner directly. For files still processing, contact support immediately.
Can I edit a file after uploading?
Files cannot be edited directly. To make changes, correct the original file and upload it again as a new file.
What are the file processing stages?
Files move through these stages:
- Processing - File is being parsed and validated
- Mapping - Data is being transformed for the recipient
- Delivery - File is being sent to the destination
- Delivered - File successfully sent to partner
Can I retry a failed file?
Yes. Files in error states can be retried after resolving the underlying issue. Open the file detail page and click "Retry". You can also retry multiple files at once using bulk retry.
