This reference lists all file statuses you may see in Modalius, what they mean, and what actions are available.
Status Color Guide
- Blue - File is actively being processed
- Red - An error occurred that requires attention
- Green - File was successfully delivered
- Gray - File is closed or replaced (no action needed)
Active Processing Statuses
| Status | Description |

| Processing | File received, being parsed and validated |
| Processed | Successfully parsed, ready for mapping |
| Mapping | Data transformation in progress |
| Mapped | Successfully transformed, ready for delivery |
| Delivering | Being sent to destination |
Completed Statuses

| Delivered | Successfully sent to partner | Close |
| Closed | Processing complete, archived | None |
| Replaced | Superseded by newer file | None |
Error Statuses

| Error Processing | Parsing/validation failed | Retry |

How to Check File Status
- Navigate to Files in the main menu
- Find your file in the list - the status is shown in the Status column
- Click on the file to view detailed status information
- Check the History section to see the complete processing timeline
